Terms

Plain English, because that's the whole point. Last updated July 2026.

Who we are

Levity Leads Ltd, 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT. You can reach us at rees.calder@levityleads.com or 07402 512 912. When these terms say "we" or "us", that's who they mean.

What you're buying

The Quote Revival System is a one-off purchase of £29. It builds a win-back campaign for your firm: SMS and email sequences, an estimate of what your old quote list is worth, and a plain-English guide to who you can lawfully contact. Optional extras: the send-ready pack (£24) and the Find The Money audit call (£99). All one-off. Nothing recurs, nothing renews, there is no subscription.

Refunds

If the campaign we build isn't worth £29 to you, email us and we'll refund you. You keep everything we built. The same applies to the send-ready pack and the audit call: if you don't think it was worth the money, say so and we'll refund it. We don't argue about £29.

What the campaign is and isn't

The sequences, numbers and compliance guidance are built from what you tell us about your firm. The revenue figures are estimates, clearly labelled as estimates, and not a promise of results. The compliance guidance is practical plain-English help with UK marketing rules (PECR and UK GDPR), not formal legal advice. You are responsible for what you send and who you send it to.

Your content

Everything we generate for you is yours. Use it, edit it, send it, print it out and stick it on the van. We don't claim ownership of your campaign.

The audit call

If you buy the Find The Money audit, we look at your CRM export together on a screen-share. We screen it with you on the call. We never contact anyone on your list without your sign-off. Any data you share for the audit is deleted within 30 days. The engagement is covered by a plain one-page agreement, no small print.

The boring bit

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If something in them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Nothing here limits liability we can't lawfully limit, like liability for fraud.
