Who's responsible

What we collect and why

• Your details at checkout: name, email, company and trade. We need these to build your campaign, take payment and send you your access link.
• Your intake answers: town, job values, list size, lead sources, brand voice. These exist purely to build your campaign.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe stores a payment method reference so one-click purchases work.
• Usage events: which pages of the funnel you visited, so we know what's working. First-party, minimal, no profiles sold to anyone.

Audit data: deleted after 30 days

If you buy the Find The Money audit and share a CRM export with us, that data is used only for your audit, is never contacted without your sign-off, and is deleted within 30 days of the call. That's a promise, not a setting you have to find.

Email

We send transactional email: your receipt, your access link, and at most one reminder if you started checkout or bought and never built your campaign. We don't add you to a newsletter and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Cookies and pixels

If we're running ads, a Meta Pixel may record that you visited or bought, which helps us stop showing ads to people who already purchased. Our own analytics are first-party and anonymous beyond your order.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rees.calder@levityleads.com and we'll do it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Where data lives

Our database and email providers may process data outside the UK, always under standard safeguards. We keep order records for as long as tax law makes us, and delete what we don't need.
